Note: Despite our operational base in Florida, this part-time internship offers
the unique opportunity to work remotely while being closely connected to our
management team located in Knoxville. Scheduling is flexible to work around
other school or personal commitments.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to
join our team as a part-time intern in the accounting and finance department.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in
financial operations and management within the dynamic vacation rental industry.
This 12-18 month position would start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with the finance team on various projects
- Aid in data entry and record keeping
- Assist in reconciliations and audits
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
